Greetings!
We’re excited for you to be a part of the upcoming Grove Christmas Art Fest!
Here is some additional information:

Check in begins at 1pm Dec 13th at our check in booth in front of the Grove Coffee Shop. Barb Gomez will be handling check in and registration. Spaces are first come first serve. You can start setting up as early as 1pm.

Please bring your own tables and anything else needed for your display. 10x10 tents are fine, but not required. We will have power drops available, but please bring extension chords in case they are needed to get power to your booth. I would also recommend bringing some lighting for your table for later in the evening. We will be lighting up the general area.

The event hours are 4pm-8:30pm. We ask for vendors to please not tear down displays until 8:30pm.

The donation of 5% of sales will be collected at the end of the evening. The donation can be with cash, check or

Artists will be able to display their art on a first-come-first-serve, but juried basis, so acceptance is not guaranteed. We are trying to accommodate many different art and artisan types and create the best experience possible.
